I had a great experience with Bavarian Auto Clinic. I came in for a simple oil change on my BMW X5, but the team went above and beyond. Instead of just changing the oil and sending me on my way, the technician took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and pointed out other issues he found. He showed me photos, explained everything clearly, and answered all of my questions. He could have easily done only the oil change and never mentioned anything else, but it was obvious that he genuinely cared about the condition of my car. It’s hard to find that level of honesty and professionalism these days. If you own a BMW and are looking for knowledgeable mechanics who truly care about their customers and their vehicles, I highly recommend Bavarian Auto Clinic. Thank you for the excellent service!

Graydon and the team at Bavarian Auto Clinic did a fantastic job in diagnosing and fixing a problem I had with my BMW. They showed care for my car that I’ve never seen from any other shop, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car and myself were happy. I had an issue with my transmission and brought it in here and i couldnt be happier with the experience! Right away they were honest and professional and explained to me exactly what was wrong without leaving me feeling confused or uncertain. They finished the work within the day the price was great and my car is running beautifully. It was very evident they care about their customers and the quality of their work.
